Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • You purchased the Digitaxa Pro tier ($9.99)
  • Your request is within 30 days of purchase
  • You haven't exceeded your free tier quota (3 analyses per tool)

Note: Free tier usage is non-refundable as no payment was made.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free tier access (no payment made)
  • Requests made after 30 days from purchase date
  • Accounts that have used more than the free tier quota
  • Refund requests for reasons outside our control (e.g., user error, third-party issues)

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your purchase email and Ko-fi transaction ID (if available)
  3. Briefly explain your reason (optional but helpful)
  4. We'll process your request within 3–5 business days

Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Ko-fi
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • Your Pro access will be revoked upon refund completion
  • You may continue using the free tier

Abuse Policy

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to abuse this policy, including:

  • Repeated refund requests from the same user
  • Using the tool extensively then requesting a refund
  • Providing false or misleading information

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
